Here are some more tips to improve your CV:

• Identify your value proposition - What makes you uniquely qualified for the role? What value do you bring that other candidates don't? Highlight this to stand out.

• List publications/patents - If you have any published articles, books, blogs, research papers or patents, include this on your CV to demonstrate your expertise and thought leadership.

• Use a professional summary - At the top of your CV, write a 2-3 sentence summary highlighting your most relevant qualifications, skills and accomplishments for the role.

• Include the most recent - For your work history, only list the most recent 5-10 years of positions that are still relevant to the jobs you're applying for.

• Show transferable skills - Even if your previous roles were in different industries, highlight any transferable skills that would benefit the new role.

• Remove personal information - Leave out details like your marital status, photo, age, gender, and health from your CV as they are not relevant.

• Bullet your skills - When listing skills, use bullet points. This makes the information scannable and easier for the reviewer to quickly assess your relevant abilities.

• Ask for feedback - Consider asking friends, family, mentors and career coaches to review your CV and give suggestions to improve it. Fresh eyes are helpful!

• Customize the document - Change the summary, order of sections, and key points highlighted based on the specific role you're applying for.

Hope these additional tips help optimize your CV! A well-structured CV that clearly demonstrates your relevant qualifications, skills, results and value proposition will increase your chances of landing interviews and job offers. Let me know if you have any other questions.
