لم يتوقف رينوار عن الرسم حتى في اخر ايام حياتة وقد عانى من التهاب المفاصل الذى جعله جليس كرسى متحرك,
and in 1919, Renoir visited the Louvre for the last time in his life, to see the paintings displayed side by side with paintings or adult who has long studied the paintings and consideration them all the respect and homage. Renoir died in 1919 at the age of seventy-eighth.
و في عام 1919 زار رينوار متحف اللوفر لأخر مره في حياتة, ليرى لوحاتة معروضة جنبً إلى جنب مع لوحات الفنانين الكبار الذى لطالما درس لوحاتهم و نظر لهم بكل احترام و اجلال. توفى رينوار عام 1919 عن عمر يناهز الثامنة والسبعين.
