History

أندورا هي آخر إمارة بقيت من ضمن مجموعة إمارات قام بإنشائها شارلمن ملك فرنسا (747م - 814م) لتكون حاجزاً بين فرنسا والمسلمين في الأندلس، ومنذ عام 1278 م وحتى 1993م حكمت أندورا بشكل مشترك بين رئيس الإمارة الفرنسي وأسقف الأرغول (urgell) الإسباني، وفي عام 1993 تم الانتقال من هذا الحكم الإقطاعي إلى ملكية ديموقراطية وبرلمان، حيث يرأس الإمارة أميران ليس لهما سلطة تنفيذية، ويرأس الحكومة رئيس الوزراء

Economy and infrastructure

Tourism is the most important elements of the Andorran economy, where the rate of 80% of GDP. 9 million tourists visit Egypt annually. The banking sector attracts many customers from neighboring countries and of Europe as a whole because of lower taxes and higher benefits. Most agricultural products are imported from abroad. Livestock care, tobacco and furniture are the most important industries. The euro is the currency in Andorra. There are no international airports and railways are in the Principality. There are several ways of linking Belgium, France and Spain.
الاقتصاد و البنية التحتية

السياحة هي أهم أركان الاقتصاد الأندوري، حيث تبلغ نسبته 80% من الناتج الاجمالي. 9 ملايين سائح يقومون بزيارة البلاد سنوياً. القطاع المصرفي يجذب الكثير من العملاء من الدول المجاورة و من أوروبا عامة بسبب انخفاض الضرائب وارتفاع الفوائد. معظم المنتجات الزراعية يتم استيرادها من الخارج. رعاية الماشية والتبغ والأثاث هي أهم الصناعات. اليورو هي العملة المتداولة في أندورا. لا توجد مطارات دولية و لا سكك حديدية في الإمارة. هناك طرق عدة تربط أندورا بفرنسا و إسبانيا.
